Nice set for a beginner, wish it came with bushings for other size pens but I can add those later. Solid kit for the money.

Excellent except for the bit
The set saved me a lot of money and everything has worked well... EXCEPT for the drill bit. If you buy this set, get yourself a proper "pen maker" or brad point drill bit. The one in this set has a completely rounded tip that causes it to wander and drills the hole diagonally. Other than that, it's a good bundle. If they changed the bit to a brad point, I'd give it 5 stars.

Great for beginners
I got this as a starter kit for my new lathe. It’s a good starter kit but the trimmer is not a sharp as it could be. Still, it has everything you need to get started turning pens at a good value.
