Nice Smelling Moisturizer
Firstly, the texture of this moisturizer is lightweight and absorbs quickly into the skin. It doesn't leave any greasy or sticky residue, which is perfect for those with oily or combination skin types. Despite its light consistency, it provides instant moisture, leaving my skin feeling hydrated and refreshed. One of the standout features of this moisturizer is its ability to control excess oil. I've noticed a significant reduction in oiliness throughout the day after using this moisturizer regularly. It helps to mattify the skin without drying it out, creating a balanced and healthy complexion. The inclusion of coffee extracts in the formula is intriguing and beneficial. Coffee is known for its antioxidant properties, which help to protect the skin from environmental damage and premature aging. I've noticed that my skin looks more radiant and energized after using this moisturizer. The addition of hyaluronic acid is another plus point. It provides deep hydration and helps to plump up the skin, reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles over time. This makes the moisturizer suitable for addressing signs of aging as well.I appreciate that this moisturizer is free from harmful chemicals like parabens and sulfates, making it safe for daily use. The 1.69 oz size is also travel-friendly, allowing me to take it with me wherever I go.Overall, I recommend the mCaffeine Naked and Raw Coffee Moisturizer to anyone looking for a gel-based lotion that provides instant moisture, controls excess oil, and offers antioxidant benefits. It's a fantastic addition to any skincare routine, especially for those with oily or combination skin.

An invigorating moisturizer that really perks up your skin
This was my first time trying a gel-based moisturizer. While it did feel a bit goopy, it seems that my skin absorbed it quicker than similar cream style products. I really like the hydration effect that it provides. Can't speak much as to whether the caffeine did anything, although I feel like it would be such a small dose that it wouldn't be noticeable. The coffee scent was nice, but also had an odd undertone to it almost like artificial/imitation coffee. Not unpleasant, just seems like it clashes a bit with the primary scent. One thing I thought funny was that for something being branded as naked, there sure are a lot of polysyllabic chemicals on the ingredient list.

Prefer stuff like this WITHOUT a hair in it
Call me finicky, but I much prefer that my personal products come WITHOUT a hair in them. This is inexcusable. It looks to me like mCaffeine needs to spend some serious time on quality assurance. I will NOT be buying any more of their products, if this is the best they can do.

Lotion is okay
mCaffeine Naked and Raw Coffee Moisturizer - 48-Hour Face Cream Controls Excess Oil - Gel-Based Lotion Instant Moisture - Hyaluronic Acid - 1.69 ozI found the moisturizer to be okay. It was a bit messy when I opened it. The moisturizer is slippery in the container, and it was on top of the protective plastic piece. It has a light coffee scent mixed with what I felt was like vanilla. The product does have synthetic fragrance added, which was a bit disappointing. The lotion is, as listed, more like a gel. I didn't find it to moisturize my face any better than my usual moisturizer, and I needed to use more than I expected to cover my face. I'll use this until it's gone, but I don't think I would get this product again.

Gel based moisturizer
I really like gel based moisturizers, they seem to do a better job at moisturizing without causing any greasiness.I got this moisturizer for my husband because he has been wanting to try something and this didn't seem too feminine like other products. The scent is pleasant, not overwhelming. It is a scent that would work well for men or women. I am not sure if the caffeine added does anything but it's an ingredient in case that interests you.The cream worked as I was hoping and moisturized without causing greasiness. My husband likes it so it's a win!

Excellent moisturizer that controls excess oil!
This moisturizer is a 48 hour face cream that has a gel feel. It helps control excess oil and is very helpful throughout the day for those that have oily skin. It has Hyaluronic Acid in it which is great for your skin. This moisturizer is in a nice sized container (1.69 oz) that has a twist off top, and a cap inside the opening that gives you extra protection from spills. It is gel feeling, but is easy to spill if you aren't being careful holding it.The first time I used it, it was very noticeably more soft. My skin felt silky smooth, and though I didn't notice firmness, I did have nice oil control throughout the day. The scent is light and smells like coffee at first, but it fades quickly and leaves a hint of sweet vanilla on your skin.My husband also uses this over this face after he shaves, and it has been a game changer!I highly recommend this Coffee moisturizer, especially to those looking for oil control. The price is great for the amount and the quality!! I plan to order again.

Caused a reaction
I thought it would be more hydrating and it wasn't. On top of that, it made my cheeks bright red. Also, it smelled heavily of coffee. Not a fan at all.

It does help to mattify
Starting with the good, this face lotion is a gel consistency and does seem to help mattify my skin. I like that. It also has not broke me out at all.Now onto the not so good. Unfortunately my jar came with a leak. I thought it just leaked in transport, but it looks like the lid doesn’t quite sit on the jar straight, even when it’s screwed on. So although this is fine sitting on my counter, I would not travel with it because I think it would leak more. One other “negative”, is the smell. It is made with coffee (and I love coffee) but it has a faint smell of it but in a weird sort of unpleasant way. It is a mild scent but when I get a whiff of it, even from my own face throughout the day, I don’t love it.I will continue to use this, despite the negatives, because as mentioned it does appear to work as intended, mattifies my skin and doesn’t break me out. Smell is not for me, and hopefully I just got a faulty jar as far as the leaking goes.
