Great tasting product - very filling and healthy.
Very tasty - but do you think you could add a spicy sauce sachet for those who want the extra heat?!!

Tasty and convenient
Spicy, beany, tasty. Just make sure you let it stand long enough to dehydrate properly. They are a tad pricy, but for the convenience, quality and tasty, these are an excellent stand by and Vegan yeay . I have purchased these quite a few times and will continue to do so. Recommended.

Delicious
I loved this. Simple to prepare, tasty and filling.Lots of great ingredients, nutritious and vegan, nice and spicy, not overly so, but lots of rich chilli flavour. The stew was nice and thick, hot and delicious. The only negative for me is cost. About £3 a pot which i personally wouldn't pay, but if you are buying them for lunch for work, its cheap compared to shop bought sandwiches. Also convenient and easy to transport around.Pictures attached.

Great taste although a bit pricey
Great product, quick and easy to make. A nice low calorie lunch. I’m not vegan or gluten intolerant but bought these as sounded yum and a healthier alternative to pot noodles. Was a bit spicy for my liking but found adding a spoonful of plain Greek yoghurt took a little of the spice away and enhanced the taste. Will definitely give the other flavours in this range a go.

Convenient African food
The Red Red product starts off unpromisingly, looking rather like an expensive pot noodle. Adding hot water sees the okra immediately spring to life, along with a Pot Noodle-esque froth. A stir with the spoon and replacing the lid to let the mixture 'stew' for 6 minutes and the final result looked more like an African veggie pot. And it tastes pretty good, too - any worries of Pot Noodle now completely dismissed. The stew has a distinct African influence, and reminds me of Ghanaian food I have had. If you're not familiar with African cuisine (first, I recommend you remedy that because it's great), this pot is not unlike Indian daal. While this is 100% vegetarian, don't let that put you off. The lentils are filling and the spices are not only warming, but leave you satisfied that you have indeed eaten something, having a nice aftertaste. The overall volume is quite small, and at about £3 per pot, it's hard to say this is good value, but there are reasons I would still recommend it:1. At only 202 kcal per pot, these are a good option as a meal on a 5:2 fasting day2. They are easy to make as a Pot Noodle, so a warm lunch at work isn't out of the question3. Lentils are a decent source of protein, so the health and environment-conscious can reduce their meat intake. I'm not a vegetarian, but I am trying to eat less meat.4. Ignoring 3, I did add a boiled egg to the mix and it was really nice :-)5. They do taste very good. Incredibly good for convenience food. The main negative I have is that the hot water fill line is on the outside of the packaging, with no indicator inside. It's not an exact science and a little too much or not quite enough water isn't going have a massive impact on the final outcome, but it's just not great packaging.

Ok as a backup lunch but texture isn’t great
Easy to rehydrate, tastes ok, not too messy to eat so not bad as a back up lunchtime option. On the downside, pretty expensive and the texture of rehydrated sweet potato and beans is nothing like their original state...

Best international shipping I've ever tried. Worth every penny!
1. Add boiling water (240ml) to the fill line and stir well with a spoon. 2. Let the stew stand for 6 minutes with the lid on. 3. Stir the stew to blend, then enjoy. Caution, the pot may be hot to hold, handle with care. Do not microwave.
