I bought the four pack of these on the basis of a similar product they make, Wagyu Bites. All four offerings are good, but I preferred the pepper (think black pepper, not jalapeno), the hot/spicy (not all that hot, just a little tang), the regular, and lastly the teriyaki.These are a perfect size to stave off hunger and I think they are especially good while on the move hunting. I was thinking I wish I had a dinner roll and could make a terrific field sandwich out of these!The texture is very similar to the venison summer sausage I get from my local game processor, as is the taste. If you were to think tight of it as a tightly ground summer sausage without any of the fat/grease you would be close.Well worth the price!

Disappointed by this product. The texture is fine but theres no flavor or very little depending on the stick. The teriyaki was the only one that had any flavor and it was jusy okay but everthing else was just bland.

Not your run of the mill beef used here! If you know anything about cattle, you know that from the Wagyu breed comes no joke, top of the line, crazy tender beef time after time.I was excited to give these a try and found that not only delicious in taste but are perfect for quick and handy on the go protein. Unlike typical beef jerky, these bars are basically a chunk of beef that (look at the ingredients) came from Wagyu cattle.Pretty awesome. Highly recommend!!!

Loved all the flavors, but most importantlly the flavor of meat came through loud and clear. This isn't cheap meat masked with salt and fillers. This is high quality wagyu that tastes like a steak, and a good one at that! This is a great product and one my 5 year old son asks for frequently. Most items in this category are way too salty. These are just right. Will definitely buy again.

I got them in mail they were very small 3.25 inches long 1/2 thickness. Taste was edible but for the price I'll just stick to regular beef jerky.
