Wow this set works well! I had a small stroke a couple of years ago and I also play the Bass Guitar and my left hand was left weak and my ring and pinky fingers were left numb. If you don't know, this is a disaster for playing most instruments. This set has helped strengthen my fingers, my hand grip, and has brought back feeling to my numbness. I couldn't ask for better help with these problems!

I bought this for 2 reasons1. I m teaching myself to play the guitar.2. I enjoy going to the range and enjoy putting holes in paper.The grip helps both. It helps to strengthen your finger to pull a trigger nice and smoothAnd helps to be able to get used to stretching your fingers for the guitar.I recommend it.

Bought this for myself and it came with a bunch of great tools and I use them all almost daily! Maybe my wife will finally love me again... but my grip strength regardless has improved! They seem really durable but I'm not strong enough for my wife to love me so I'm probably not strong enough to break this so who knows! Overall great product and fits in my hands great!

finger holders were wanky. rubber without being rounded in structure causes the material at finger stretch function to hang at joints swollen from arthritic inflammation. it could be improved and even thought thru for DIFFERENT HANDS FINGER LENGTHS

Works great and fun to use.
