A little more difficult to push than I thought
Timer works as advertised so far...our kitty has diabetes and my husband & I sometimes cross paths when it comes to whether the kitty has had his insulin shot--this timer helps us know that without doubt.It takes a little more pressure to reset the timer than I thought it would, but that could also be b/c I don't have very strong hands.Over all this is a great item and was surprisingly inexpensive.

Very short lifespan
This is an amazing IDEA, worked great for about a week, then died. I will be ordering an analog version that won’t die as I need something reliable.

Does the job, very helpful if you have memory issues.
These help me so much with my pain medicine regimen so I don't forget if I already took meds or not. It also helps me with figuring out exactly how often I need them. The reason it is 4 stars not five is because they stick to the cap via a sticker like a pop socket sticks to a phone case, so you pretty much have to reuse the same cap for every bottle, it can't be re-used on a new cap. That's not too big a deal. I just rotate caps around if the bottle is same size. Also it would be neat if we could change batteries due to the waste of tossing the whole device once they go dead. But I guess these last a long time so...does the job. But I wish they could be re-used.

Great little timer!
Love mine! Buying more. They lasted a full year running continuously and helping me not to overdose on my medicine. I often forget whether or not I've taken my medicines but a quick look at the bottle's timer solves that. I saw complaints about it not working which can be the result of the type of bottle cap or how it is opened. If it doesn't reset to 00 after pushing down and turning to open the bottle, simply squeeze the timer from underneath with a finger inside the lid while another finger is on top of the timer. Works every time.

Thank god for these things
Like or dislike? Literally been using these for months with my antidepressants and this thing is my brain. I have to be timely with taking it generally of course but now especially because I’m breast feeding. So easy to transfer and use for a long time.

Bad product
The product came with two and one of them stopped working within a week. They are janky and difficult to reset. Also it just sticks onto the top of a medicine bottle. Argh. Unhappy.

Doesn’t work easily
Cannot get the time to reset no matter how much I spin it, flip it, press it down. The ones where it’s built into the cap are infinitely better. Total waste of money.Update: after a couple days I was able to figure out the exact even pressure required to get the timer to reset, so I am able to get it to work now. Still think the timer caps are a much better option.

Just ok
Update 5/14/24 the company very nicely refunded my money. I'm back to try them again.They function ok. The price was acceptable They just don't work as well as the caps that pharmacies sell or give away.You have to glue on to top of cap.The timer doesn't reset when I open.I have to smack the top to reset.
