I recently got the phone today. So far so good. The phone's functionality is good, storage capacity is excellent, I like the sound quality. The set up was easy. I think that this was worth my money.

I purchased the Samsung AO5s in July 2024 and had it activated in November 2024. This phone has been nothing but a pain. It initially worked well until I tried to use screenshot and the buttons are awarkardly placed and extremely hard to push when attempting to take screenshot. Upon attempting to charge the phone and using the charging block and pho cable, I started receiving a message to charge the phone or buy a new cable, which I did the phone still will notcharge orturn on, because the battery won't charge. This was an intermittent issue and it's a permanent issue. I contacted Samsung today for assistance. I was asked to send the serial number and the IME. I sent pictures of both and the service person kept telling me that the pictures weren't good quality. So I sent pictures of the information requested, only to be told they weren't received., yet the t3xt messages sent with the pictures were received. Shortly thereafter, I was told the warranty is expired and I h have to pay for the repair. Again, I purchased the phone in July 2024 and dctivated it November 2024. Yet, the phone is not working the Sams7ng tablet is working intermittently. Do not, I repeat, do not purchase the affirmed phone, Samsung tablet. nor the Samsung Tablet.

The media could not be loaded. My only dis-like is the charger I dont have A computer device to connect it to. So I had to used my tablet charger which is the same connection to the phone, and it work perfectly, Thanks again Amazon.
