Too small. Made for a child size foot. No support.
This is the kind of thing that makes me distrust the reviews about this product. It’s tiny and couldn’t possibly fit ANY adult shoe size. No arch support, there insert is simply too tiny

I have intense heel, arch, and ankle pain. I got these to cushion my heels and to absorb some shock from walking, and they did absolutely nothing for me.
