Perfect results every time
I love this stuff. Classic buffalo wing flavor. The consistency is perfect, not too thin and not too thick. I get the wings to around 180-185 internal then dip them in this sauce. No need to shake off excess sauce, the consistency seems to leave just the right amount. Then the wings go back on the grill and 10 minutes later they have tacked up perfectly. If you want to keep your grill cleaner, do the same process but dip and finish them in the oven on a wire rack (in a baking sheet) for 10 minutes @ 300-325. If you like a little extra kick, mix in some Sriracha sauce (around 70% Franks and 30% Sriracha) before you dip the wings. They work great together.
