Can I use this to repair damaged marine plywood, ie a mirror dinghy hull.

I have used it to repair model hulls, so I would say yes, BUT needs wire mesh reinforcement, and suggest the mesh to be secured to the hull. Would it be cheaper to use 3 layers of this ply, secured with marine glue?

Trying to match cosmetics! can i apply a bathroom silicone sealant over the top of cured pc-11? or waterproof tile grout?

Yes you are able to use silicone sealant over PC-11 once it has cured.

Have water seeping through breeze blocks at exit to a pond? The blocks are dripping water and the level is going right down ! Will this stop it?

Breeze Blocks are porous so I suppose water will seep through. I'm sure this product would cure it if plastered all over the pond side of the blocks but I am sure there is a simpler and cheaper way to do it. Paint maybe?

Could you repair a crack in a concrete pond with this.

Hello, yes, PC-11 would be suitable for this project or you may want to consider PC-7 which is our "tough job" epoxy. Both are incredibly strong once cured. Being so strong, these epoxies are thick and sticky. We recommend mixing on a piece of scrap wood or cardboard to make mixing easier and if this is an outdoor repair we'd recommend setting the tubs somewhere warm to reduce the viscosity.
