The BEST Essential Oil Sleep Blend!Essential oils for sleep and relaxation are my go to. Been exploring aromatherapy for a long time and the ones for sleep are usually chamomile and lavender. This blend has them in a nice subtle but effective fragrance. It VERY hard to find a sleep blend in a spray. It just makes it easier to spray it on my body and over the bed when I'm getting ready to sleep instead of on my hands.Pros:-2 day Amazon Prime at such a low price!-Aromatherapy in a spray-Subtle fragrance, not over powering-Beautiful cobalt blue bottleCons:-Have to shake it to mix oils-Only 4 oz, would love it in 12ozOverall a solid five star product.

Essential oils for sleep are a pretty common way to relax and unwind. LOVE This Essential Oil Sleep Blend!I've been using essential oils for sleep for a while and I like the blends best. This one has hints of chamomile and lavender in a nice subtle but effective fragrance. It's nice that it's in a spray as I spray it on my body and over the bed when I'm getting ready to sleep.Makes me feel relaxed and less stressed and kinda eases me into the sleeping mood. I love that it came 2 day Amazon Prime at such a low price!I'd definitely recommend this if you're exploring aromatherapy for sleep. It's definitely my favorite blend.

Smells so nice it makes me sleepy!
This product smells lovely and makes me sleepy the second I spray it. My kids have been asking me to spray them with it before bed as well, and on their pillows. It is much easier to use already in a spray bottle, so I don't have to dilute myself. I love essential oils and my whole family always has trouble falling asleep, so this is the perfect product for us!

Great for Gifts!
I bought one here and loved it so then I went to the Robert Youngs Acupuncture website store and bought 5 which got me a discount (cheaper there also) and I gave 2 of them to friends on their birthdays. Great last minute gift to keep around.

Gets the job done, helps with insomnia
Having a husband with sleep issues, I'm always trying to make bed time as relaxing as possible. I have replaced a product no longer sold by the Body Shop with this deep sleep oil. It is pleasant, not a very strong smell, I've used to spritz it onto the bedding and pillows as well as an essential oil in our humidifier and it works like a charm. Sound asleep until morning :) Definitely delivers what it promises.
