Riviera SunSpaghetti Strap Maxi Dress

Pretty pastel. Most of my RS dresses are quite colorful. RS maxi dresses are maxi-long! Fabric feels more like a nightgown than a dress. Not sure I’d wear out in public, but comfy at home.

I own several of these dresses that I have bought over the last two years. Every now and then I check to see if they have different colors they come out with. I was so excited when I found that they released more colors for this summer. I just bought the navy/ emerald one and it’s stunning! The colors are just as pictured but I think the emerald is even more vibrant in person.For size reference I am 5’7” and 175 pounds with a DD. The straps on the dress are adjustable but I have to make them as short as they go to wear this dress, which I knew since I owned a few already. With the straps as short as they go the back opening is an inch or two above my natural waist and the dress just brushes the floor. I could wear it with a flat sandal or flip flop and be fine, or I could let the straps out and wear it with a thicker soled shoe but that would drop the back opening down a bit further. There is also about an inch or so of material on each side of my hips so there is a nice flowy look to the dress. I could probably wear a medium but it would hug my curves a bit more than I like and would show off my slightly pudgy tummy. I chose flowy and flattering over a tighter fit which is good for my curvy body.I will say that the fit and cut were as expected but this dress is a tad shorter than some of them I own, which is fine with me. Some of them seem to be a bit too long for me when I adjust the straps as short as they go. Usually I have a problem with floor length dresses hitting me at or above my ankles. This dress is definite made for taller girls. It’s flowy and the material is a cool comfy cotton that works great all summer long.Also, it’s good to note that this dress washes well and doesn’t wrinkle too much in the dryer. The straps on one of them frayed a little bit around the edges but that dress was worn a lot. I usually wash in the washer and then hang to dry so they don’t wrinkle. Shrinking has never been an issue, though they are so long if they did shrink it would be ok.One more thing. This dress had a slight chemically smell right out of the package. None of the other colors have so far. It washed out just fine with no traces of it afterwards. Don’t let that deter you from purchasing these dresses.If you are thinking about this dress and you aren’t on the shorter side I would go for it. You won’t regret it!

Really love the soft fabric and hand dyed appearance. It did have some smudges and stains when the dye dropped or bled thru but it looks nice anyway. The material is light and thin and soft, but that does make it 100% sheer. I had to wear leggings under it. It runs long if you're below average height..

Beautiful dress! I am 5’7” and 185. I am broad at chest and shoulders and narrower at waist, hips, thighs. I ordered XL. It fits but is very tight around the bust. The length is perfect right at the instep of my feet. Rayon is very linen like. It’s really quite lovely. If you don’t want to wear a shirt slip, I’d purchase one of the darker colors. The blue and white dress is very sheer at waist and hips.I want a looser fit so I purchased 2XL. I haven’t received yet.

I haven't worn a dress in 25 years. Since the pandemic started, I've been living in athletic shorts and yoga pants. Yes, I'm that person. BUT, I live in Arizona and the summers here are unbearable so I thought, I'll *try* wearing a dress. I'm 5'11 and normally wear a size 20 / 2X in pants, size 24-26 / 3-4X in shirts because I carry most of my weight around my abdomen. Plus my chest is a 44DDD. I did not have high hopes for this dress but IT FITS!! It comes to just around my ankles and it's not tight anywhere. It is pretty thin so if you're wearing it out, just keep that in mind. But I love it! It's so lightweight and flowy. I ordered the plain black one as well. The straps are adjustable and they're pretty thin as well, but they've held up so far. When I wash them I do on cold and then lightly dry. They haven't shrunk either. All in all, these are my favorite thing to wear right now.

I really want to like this dress. It fits well, I got a 3X as I normally wear a 20/22. So it fits at the right size. The length is perfect, I'm 5'8" so most long dresses aren't super long. It fits well at chest and unlike other reviews, I don't see any tears or stains as mentioned. I will update if it tears on first or second wash. I'm my own worse critic so I don't feel super confident in this dress but it doesn't look bad.

Loved the dress would be great if it wasn’t small sized

It is toolong but it but that is bc my 5'0 and it is for a taller person its comfortable very nice i like tidie.
