Only received eleven of the twelve fans. Previous reviews had mentioned this and I assumed it was a fluke. It wasn't. In the process of returning the fans.

White Delight
I purposely bought these fans for my personal as well as gifts to give. They are compact and fit in purses/pockets. Between menopause, stuffy environments, and warm/hot weather, these fans are perfect. I am thankful.

Got what I paid for
These fans were pretty inexpensive, and they aren’t industrial strength, but they are great as far as paper fans go. They do make a little clicking noise when used vigorously, but it’s negligible.
