Originally had a flush mount in the kitchen that didn’t provide much light. It was a standard install and looks super modern. Because it’s flat against the ceiling it brings a lot more light across the room.

This light was perfect for our small kitchen and would be great for and medium to large rooms

These low profile LED ceiling lights offer a tremendous upgrade from traditional light fixtures in terms of light volume and brightness.This particular light is 20" in diameter and that amounts to a substantial quantity of individual LED lights which give off an exceptional amount of light.There is a selector switch to allow you to select your desired color temperature but be advised that due to the switch's location -- inside the housing -- and despite the design which purports to allow simple, easy access, in fact it's a bit of a pain to actually remove the housing once it's been screwed on. That is simply due to the smooth, featureless nature of the fixture which doesn't give you a place to gain any purchase with your fingers or even a tool. The point being, if you are like me you aren't going to want to have to change your selected color temperature after putting the light in place so you may want to be sure of your selection beforehand.That said, if you've ever installed or swapped out a hardwired light fixture you won't be in for any surprises here.The light fits any standard 3.5 inch fitting and includes all needed hardware.For the price it's a great value. Highly recommended.

I selected this light as a replacement to an older, square flush-mount light in the laundry room. This model works perfectly and was very easy to install. I was a bit intimidated before starting the installation, as I had not installed this type of lighting before. But, the instructions were simple and easy to follow. And the lightweight design made it easy to hold up without my arms getting fatigued. It did take two of us to complete the install - just to be sure things didn't fall or come loose from the ceiling. But it took only a few minutes to get the job done! The light itself is nice - I love the LED design and options for color/warmth of the light. It definitely brightens up the laundry room and makes the daily chore a little more enjoyable.

Right off the bat, if you need to know how bright this is, my nephew refers to it as the mothership. It's unbelievably bright for the size kitchen that I have it in. I am currently remodeling a home and wanted to change out all of the dated lighting to more efficient and functional LED lights. This is by far the largest and brightest one that I have purchased so far. I'm actually planning on getting something similar to go elsewhere in the house too. It's very easy to install the only caveat I can provide is that in the event you have textured ceilings it might help to use a putty knife or something to flatten out that texture to make it easier to lock the light onto the mounting plate. I had to twist the lot five or six times to try and get to lock due to the space created by the texture in my ceiling. Your mileage may vary but in the event that that is a situation for you, the fix is easy. A lot of light for the price, and the overall items seem like it was very well made. The appearance is very modern and minimalist which is exactly what I wanted to go for and just an all-around fantastic lot in my opinion.

It measures about 20 inches in diameter, and is only about one inch thick. It consumes about 40 watts of electricity, and produces about 4,300 lumens of illumination. You can select the light color-temperature at installation, choosing between a warm yellow-white at 3,000 Kelvin, a neutral white at 4,000 Kelvin, and a cool blue-white "daylight" light at 6,000 Kelvin.This LED light mounts easily to any typical 110-120 volt ceiling box, controlled by a wall switch, using the standard three-wire connection typical in the U.S.A. Any relatively experienced handy-person can do it, or you can arrange for an electrician to handle the job. It is well sealed against incidental moisture, and so is useful even in your kitchen, bath or laundry if you wish to install it there. It is likely to be quite durable, as these LED lights tend to go, and it comes with a five-year warranty. I recommend it!

Very thin and looks great

I chose this large 20" flush-mount light for replacing an old and ugly fixture in the kitchen. Given its huge size and low profile, it's a perfect retrofit for a space that you'd like brightly lit like a kitchen.The colour temp selection is a huge bonus as the colour temp of various fixtures can be tough to match. Having it selectable is quite handy. Note that while it's easy to change the colour temp when the light isn't mounted, the switch is hidden when installed. Being the size that it is (and not including a safety wire for hanging), it's much easier to pick the colour temp before you install.I had no issue mounting the bracket to an old junction box but I added two of the drywall anchors to the bracket and screwed it to those as well for a little extra security and to ensure the light sits flat against the ceiling. If you only mount to the junction, the bracket is plastic and has a little flex in it, leaving a gap between the light and the ceiling. A couple of extra screws helps with this.As for brightness, this light is VERY bright. Keep this in mind as it's non-dimmable according to the listing. If you're installing in a smaller space, be prepared for it to be quite bright in there. In a kitchen, I feel that it's a proper amount of light but I wouldn't put this in a smaller room unless the ceiling was quite high.I can't comment on value as the price for this item isn't currently listed on Amazon. Still, I'm happy with the look and light and would choose this light again for installing in another large room.

It got this Ceiling Light to replace an older fluorescent lamp in our storage room. The problem I have with some LED lights is they often have a cool white or blue white colour. I like the fact that you have three colour temperature choices. I'm a warm white guy so I set it to approximately 3000 degrees Kelvin.This light does throw off a lot of nicely diffused light providing an even lighting effect throughout the room. I’m surprised how much better this is than the previous fluorescent fixture we had.I found the installation fairly straightforward, however I decided not to use the connectors provided. In our case there were too hot wires, a red and black and two neutral white wires. The little holes in the provided connectors wouldn’t work, and frankly I prefer to use a proper marrette wire nut.The only negative about this ceiling light for me is the fact that it does not have a CSA or any other certifications and the wires are very thin, about 20 gauge which should be okay for the 40 watt draw but I’d feel better if they were a thicker gauge. I also would prefer it if it included wire nuts instead of the odd looking connectors that it comes with.

Tuv is one of the certification agencies approved in Canada, This fixture is listed for IEC standard, but no marking on lamps, only on the box. This is not my preferred option, but at least it is valid, it is actually listed under Wisdom Lamp.This is a pretty nice lamp model, which is moderately easy to install. While other lamps have bigger space in the mounting plate, this one forces you to push back the connector inside the electrical box.The lamp is pretty bright, it is 40W and can expect close to 700Lux at countertop level (60 inches away from the lamp), probably too much for a corridor or a bedroom, this is where a dimmable lamp is a better option. Size and intensity makes it perfect for the workshop where I want more light, and a wide surface to minimize shadow.This is a decent option, but not the best I would recommend. It will be good for utility spaces, garage laundry rooms, but I would avoid non dimmable lamps otherwise. They were in the 65$ range when I got them, but currently the only options are way more expansive.

Brought this LED light for kitchen area and this light are of good quality and a very sleek design and looks great on the ceiling. Also The adjustable brightness feature allows you to customize the lighting to suit different moods for cooking, and dinner times. The Installation is straightforward, and very easy. I highly recommend this light for ceiling.
