it could use more apps but its pretty new so time will tell
It's a pretty decent first outing for Ajazz with it's steam deck. so far all the updates have been smooth and make this a great alternative to elgatos offering at a lower cost. If Ajazz keeps up the good work and keeps adding functions and keeps the quality like the do their keyboards and switches i'd buy more offerings like this.

Don't do it.
Just spend the extra 50 bucks and get a stream deck. It doesn't have one quarter of the compatibility and add-ons and plugins that stream deck does. I played with it for a couple hours and then did a return because it was really not good.

Not What It Could/Should Be
I am very torn about this product and how to rate it. On the one hand I think the build quality is good, and the underlying functionality is there to be a very useful tool for all kinds of applications, not just streaming. On the other hand it is poorly supported and not intuitive enough. From plugin integrations to icon sets to documentation for use, it just feels rushed to market, which is a shame given that the device itself seems to be capable with tons of useful potential. For someone that is a casual user not steeped in creating macros, and doesn't have the time to spend endless hours to try and figure out all but the most obvious functions, the Ajazz StreamDock is going to be a frustrating experience. In my case I have a fair understanding of macros and it is still a frustrating experience. My greatest disappointment is the lack of documentation and resources to assist someone new to help with learning how to make the most out of the product. It's a bit of a sandbox device that is only limited by ones imagination for use cases and the understanding of how to implement those ideas. Unfortunately the documentation lets it down in this regard, and will likely cause many to dismiss it after very little use. I want to be able to rate it highly for its potential, and its build quality, but in the end I can't justify more than 3 stars. I will keep it on my desk and use it for the rather basic functions I know how to implement, with the hope that documentation will improve, and more plugins and integrations are coming that will make it a better user experience in the future.

Affordable Stream Deck Alternative with a Learning Curve
The AKP153 Studio Controller is a budget-friendly alternative to the Stream Deck by Elgato, offering 15 macro keys for triggering actions in various apps and software like OBS, Twitch, YouTube, and more. So far, it works well, but it does require some figuring out.For less than half the price of the Elgato Stream Deck, the AKP153 provides a cost-effective solution for live streaming, photo editing, and video editing on both PC and Mac. The 15 macro keys offer versatility, allowing users to customize their console for specific needs. While it may take a bit of time to navigate and understand all its functionalities, the learning curve is worth it considering the substantial cost savings. If you're willing to invest a bit of time into setup and customization, the AKP153 Studio Controller is a solid choice for those on a budget.Overall, a great option for users looking for a reliable stream deck alternative without breaking the bank.
