Itoen Japanese Tea ITO EN easily Matcha 30g

I really like this matcha. Good flavor, fresh, and forms a nice foam. You can buy matcha directly grin Ito En website but it comes in little jars. I strongly prefer this bag style and it has better price. Drink 2 large cups of this every day. A typical cheap brand in Japan (I think like around 3$) but better than any of the "fancy" ones I can buy here in Houston, TX. Brought this brand back from Japan last year. Glad to find it online :) It is the most popular tea brand for canned and bottled teas in Japan. Recommended to use with matcha chasen otherwise you won't get the nice froth.

These guys were making matcha long before it was trendy - and it shows! The flavor is bright and grassy, the color is a vibrant green, and the price cannot be beat. I've tried a number of the other highly-rated brands, and they make bold claims but then ship you grayish matcha with very little flavor. I'm done with being fooled; this is the matcha I keep coming back to.

This product arrived in a timely manner, packaged very safely. It actually arrived early, and I already know I enjoy this brand of sencha and matcha so I was of course very pleased. It was also as fresh as any bag I've bought in a store, judging by the expiration date, so I'd definitely recommend this seller.

道具は持っていませんが、抹茶を飲んだこと無いなと思って購入。味はおいしいと思いました。ただ入れ方に気をつけないと、台無しです。湯飲みに抹茶を入れてお湯を注ぐだけだと溶けず、ダマだらけの苦いお湯になります。スプーンなどでかき回しても無駄です。茶筅と言うめんどくさい道具がある理由が分かります。そこで、少し工夫をしました。まず、全ての抹茶をふるいにかけて茶入れ用の器に移します。この状態で保存すればダマになりずらくなります。飲む時はフタががしっかり閉まる容器に、お湯と一緒に入れてシェイクすればしっかり撹拌されます。泡も立ちますし、不思議と苦味もあまり気になりません。飲んでいると落ち着いた気分になってきます。抹茶は気に入ったので、今度は別の商品を買ってみようと思っています。道具はまだいいです。
