I chose this mirror because it had the option to plug it in to for the lights, as I've always felt like battery-powered mirrors were too dim for me. I also liked the size specifications, which I'm thrilled to report are very accurate. It's a pretty large vanity mirror, perfect for me to do my hair and makeup. The light while plugged in is very bright. I've not tried it with the battery because I have no need to. I love the multiple magnifications too. I can do my makeup, eyebrows, whatever I need because I've got a bunch of different options. I'm really excited about this mirror because it's pretty inexpensive and it had no reviews on it when I bought it so I took a gamble. Really happy I did though. I would recommend it and might even buy a second one for backup.

Not as bright as I expected from other reviews, but it will do. I use an extra light by it and it will definitely be nice if the power goes out since it can run on batteries or even a power bank. Solved my makeup lighting challenges and then some. I use it every day and love the flexibility of movement it has. The LEDs do get brighter when plugged in rather than battery powered. That's not a problem as it's size makes it more suitable for use at a vanity or table of some kind. It will still travel easily, but it's not a lap mirror.Really appreciate this mirror, getting ready is a smoother process.

Excellent mirror! Everything about it is great, mirror lights up and it's nice and bright. It even came with the little round 10x mirror which I wasn't expecting. The price can't be beat, and the service was excellent, arrived a day early. I will be buying another for my daughter for X-mas. You won't be disappointed. I highly recommend buying this mirror.

Very portable. Perfect to use in guest bedroom for checking hair or putting on makeup. Once guests left, I use it on my vanity. Love that I can adjust angle or tilt the mirror. Can put away easily.
