Couldn’t find an expiration date but this product was so old the pancakes wouldn’t rise…the expression flat as a pancake ________ yep!

Not as good as Buttermilk
A snowstorm was coming and they were out of Kodiak Buttermilk, so I went with this. Scanning over the ingredients, it seemed like they use pea protein instead of whey so I didn't think it would be that different. I used 3/4 cup milk and an egg like I normally do with their regular pancakes, and they cooked the same, lifted fine. However, they don't have a lot of flavor, very bland and dense. I won't buy these again.
