Works great
The media could not be loaded. Very easy to assemble. Works great with key/code/fingerprint! Auto lock too! I really love it!

If we don’t shut the door all the way, and the lock can’t engage, I wish it gave a different beep then the lock going home successfully beep. It will keep trying several times but if I’m leaving the house, I only hear that first beep while walking away and am unsure if it locked or not. Sometimes I go back and check and sometimes just walk away.

Not a great purchase
Disliked that creating new codes and got them down after reading thru the very lengthy process and steps to do so door took the code after several tries the buttons were staying stuck after pressing and then the code was not going thru after several tries with same code used and not taking the finger print entry either my husband had to stay out for an hr of trying his code we un installed it and reinstalled a second time and still doing it very frustrating

Quality has a lot to be desired
Product was purchased for the front door. Was only able to use the manual portion of the set. Lock would only engage once then render itself unable to use. Fortunately the lock can be used manually so that it will only have to be replaced it when a new system arrives.

Super Easy Install
I love this new door handle. Beautiful, easy to install, took me about 10 minutes. I had an issue programming it, their customer service answered me quickly and it’s perfect.
