Prefer this to ice gloves
I need to reduce post operative swelling - new wrist and thumb joints. After three months trying but making slow progress, I realised it’s probably better not to freeze my fingers as well as the palm and back of the hand. Warmth improves the flexibility of my fingers. This glove is ideal, and I really like the feel and fit. It stays chilled for 45 minutes or so. Straight out of the freezer it’s really cold, but much easier to bare when I’m also wearing a compression glove. Very happy.

Comfortable but heavy and not very effective
The material is really comfortable and the hand slides right in with minimal effort.The issue is the weight, that makes it troublesome to move around with if you have issue with your wrist.It also stays cold or hot for around 5 minutes, making it not very effective since the usual recommendation to keep ice on for 10-20m.

Hot or cold gloves.
Nothing in the product for me to dislike.Need hot and cold for sore wrists they help the swelling I have incured.Ease the wrist enough to excercise it and be able to use it without being tender or stiff.Fits all sizs due to velcro band which can be pulled tight as you want to suit any size of wrist.Comfortable.

Not fit for purpose, stays cold for less than 5 minutes!!!
It's very comfortable to wear without any moving parts BUT it stays cold for less than 5 minutes. The doctor will like me to wear it a tad longer. i declare this item is NOT fit for purpose.

It doesn't keep the gloves cold
Even after a day in the freezer the gloves loose the freshness in 1 hour...dont recommend!

Hot/Cold wrist gel pad
Very easy to apply, fits easily over hand and wrist.Soft and comfortable fit.Full cold effect lasts for about 10 minutes which is quite sufficient when alternating hot and cold effects. Will probably buy another and keep one for hot and one for cold treatment, without having to wait in between treatments. Comes with a resealable plastic bag for use when placing in the freezer.
