Propel Powder Packets Berry with Electrolytes, Vitamins and No Sugar (10 Count)

I have Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, and it's really difficult for me to stay hydrated. Plain water goes right through me - I need a relatively precise balance of electrolytes in my fluids for them to 'stick.' I had been drinking Gatorade for a little over a year (since I developed the condition) - up to 120 oz a day of G2. It got old, and it was a lot of extra sugar and carbs that I didn't need. I switched to Propel powder a couple months ago, and it's been fantastic! I don't have to deal with mountains of empty Gatorade bottles anymore, it ends up being a bit cheaper per serving, and it still keeps me about as hydrated as my body will let me be, without the extra sugar or artificial colors.I got all four flavors. I am not a fan of the Strawberry Kiwi, but the grape and lemon aren't bad. The berry is definitely the best. I hope they eventually do the Black Cherry in a powder! Very grateful for this product, as a chronically ill person.

This product tastes great, easily dissolves and open without scissors. I also love that it is sugar free and can be transported without extra containers. I have been training for a marathon and these are great post-run. They also helped settle my stomach during the first trimester of my pregnancy.

What can I say additionally, this is not one of my favorite flavors but it will pass as electrolytes. The little pouches are convenient and easy to use, and you can take them about any where you go. I love the propel packets and we take them everywhere we go. They are extremely economical and are easy to take a long and easy to mix. Another great product.

I mix these by pitcher. It has a good flavor but you need to use a lot of packets to get the right sweetness so it doesn't taste watery .

Tastes great and helps me drink more water each day. I love that these are convenient to take on the go.

These hydration packs are awesome! I love the propel flavors - both the berry and razzberry lemonade are so yummy. I found that the Liquid IV brand was just getting more and more expensive, so I wanted to try a cheaper alternative. These are great! Like other brands, they are super compact. I actually like to keep a box at my desk and sometimes throw individual packs into "hangover kits" for parties/events with friends.

I’ve been getting these forever and always have at least 4 packets that got wet in the box? But there a useless hard crusty ones, at least 3-4 in a single box
