Better than expected
This thing is the best clarinet we ever had last time we got a clarinet. It was absolutely horrible. It wouldn’t come at all and it took a week to get here but at least it’s a good clarinet and didn’t really take a week to get here. I was just joking about the weak thing, but this thing is super good. It’s very good to play in a band. You can travel with it And even comes with its portable case.

Wonderful instrument- amazing price
My daughter had to borrow a more expensive clarinet from school, while waiting for this one to arrive, and once it arrived, she's done nothing but smile. It works so much better than the last two that we've had, and the price was AMAZING!!! The sound quality is also much better than what we were previously dealing with. She, her band teacher and tutor all agree that this clarinet has been a huge improvement and its allowed her to get better as well.

The parts were upside down
The pieces were made wrong. Sadly, I was super excited too...

Nice for beginning to learn.
The instrument is easy to use and of good quality for the price it is sold.

The mouthpiece is not good at all. Do yourself or your student a favor and get a cheap Rico C5 at the very least. I sanded the corks down abit. Seemed too tight, but before I sanded them, I greesed them up and it did go together. Fitment was good. Oh, and buy reeds also. Rico again, they're really cheap and they're good in my opinion. The reeds they supplied had a funny taste. Didn't even try it. Oh, and maybe don't use the one on the mouthpiece. I believe this is the one someone else uses to test the instrument. So I trashed that one and washed the mouthpiece

Ligature
The ligature that holds the reed in does not hold the reed in place, it slides off and won’t hold the reed in place making the mouthpiece unusable and effectively the clarinet itself, unusable. The piece that’s supposed to go in the horn part does not fit, there’s no way to secure it unless you tape it or hold it. I’m not too worried about the diffuser, but the ligature not securing the reed makes the instrument not function.
