Clam Broth Stock 66g

My favourite product, excellent taste

Use these as the base for chowder and fish soup and they are excellent - a little bit salty but not over powering - and easy to make up. Not the cheapest but excellent quality.

Used this making Spaghetti alle Vongole ( Spaghetti with clams). It tasted absolutely blooming delicious. High recommend it! Doesn't come with any instructions but use a bit of common-sense and treat it in the same way as a stock cube, add hot water, stir and add to the dish.

We love to have clam chowder in the winter, but since moving to the UK from America, we can't get the clam broth in a jar like I'm used to using. These cubes replace that broth perfectly, and I love that with the cubes I can add as little or as much as I want to. So much better than the broth in a jar.

Tasty most definitely. Unfortunately the ingredients in English were only available once purchased. Contains MSG.3 Stars for the lack of clarity.

I liked the gentle delicate flavour for the clear soup without overwhelming the fishy smell.

Easy to use tasty will use again
