I'm willing to pay for convenience most of the time. But - this product is kind of a miss for me. There are 30 servings per container, which means each serving is about $2. That's like... the price of 1/5th of a jar of the locally-made organic kimchi where I live (in an expensive area). And if you have a Korean market nearby you can get even cheaper kimchi.I always keep a jar of kimchi in my fridge and eat spoonfuls daily for gut health (it's so good on its' own! Try it if you haven't!). These pills, on the other hand, give off a really unpleasant taste before you swallow them. Not a deal-breaker for me at all but it might be a problem for some. My suggestion is: have a glass of water ready and swallow all 3 pills quickly after putting them in your mouth.Overall, I love the idea of this product but it won't replace kimchi for me. I'd also love to know more about the process they use to make this. Anybody who has kept kimchi in their fridge knows: it's alive. It changes appearance over time. It bubbles, etc. How did they stabilize that in a pill while retaining that which makes kimchi good in the first place? I wish they had more information on the process but I couldn't find much other than buzzwords like "Cold-process dried to retain heat-sensitive nutrients". Again - interesting idea, questionable execution/price. Probably better to just buy a cheap jar of kimchi.

I love kimchi and eat it as often as I can. However, I can't eat it every day because it doesn't go well with a lot of foods that I like. This is why I like the idea of concentrated kimchi powder capsules...you can benefit from daily kimchi without altering your diet.I like that this product comes in an attractive bottle and is clearly labeled as being made in the USA. The company website and address look legit. There are no questionable ingredients. The capsules are standard sized and easy to swallow. They smell and taste good... reminds me of a savory kimchi soup. This product is straight-forward and healthy.I feel that the price is too steep for what you get. There's no way to gauge how much kimchi you are consuming. The bottle says 1500mg in a serving but I'm unsure of what that means exactly...is that equal to a serving of kimchi? There are only 30 servings in the bottle. I just don't know exactly what I'm paying for here. Am I paying $65 for a couple freeze dried bottles of kimchi in capsule form? That's way too expensive in my opinion.Also there were two empty capsules in the bottle so I didn't even get the full 30 servings.Overall, if I had money to burn then perhaps I would buy this product. It seems like a quality, healthy product. But since I am not independently wealthy, I will continue eating kimchi in it's natural form....out of a jar.

This supplement is all the benefits of fermented kimchi without eating it. I mainly got this for the digestive and energy benefits, I have definitely seen improvement with these since taking this. I have noticed that if I take these in the morning with food my digestive system seems to be working a bit better during the day and my energy is up with my mood. The three tablets a day are easy to swallow and they don't have an unappealing taste.

This supplement gave me the worst gas and diarrhea and nausea and vomitingMaybe it's just me, idk, but I would not recommend it if you have a sensitive stomachAmazon did, however, refund my money...you just have to call them!
