Worked better than expected!
I had a floor drain in a downstairs bathroom that was running slowly. I had tried to use the little plastic tooth thingy but didn't help. At first I was not impressed with the clog remover but after working with it a little bit I got the hang of it. I pulled out some hair clogs, still not running freely. Then, about six feet in I pulled out a paper towel! No clue how it got there, but now the drain runs better than it has since we moved here 9 years ago. I am impressed that clog remover grabbed onto the towel! I let it dry, then sprayed with WD40 before reeling it in. Saved me a plumber bill. Just work with it!

Not exactly professional grade but does the job
I had a slow shower drain that was becoming increasingly annoying. Shower drains get really gross due to shampoo and conditioner residue build up and the clog was way down in the drain. My options were to use chemical drain cleaner, call a plumber, or try a drain snake. Due to cost, the plumber was the last resort. Drain cleaner is dangerous, caustic, really bad for your pipes, and often doesn't work. That left the drain snake. This is by no means a professional grade drain snake but I was surprised at how well it worked. It is easy to use and can be used by anyone.1) Remove the drain cover. Put on gloves (do not skip this, trust me) and get a disposable container.2) Loosen the thumb screw then manually feed the cable into the drain until you feel it catch.3) Tighten the thumb screw and rotate the handle to spin the cable and snare the clog.4) Manually pull the cable out of the drain. Do this SLOWLY so you don't fling drain gunk all over or cause damage. If it gets stuck, rotate the handle a few times and it should work loose.5) Whatever horror comes out of your drain will look and smell disgusting. Avoid getting it on you at all costs. Place it in the disposable container, seal it, and consider calling a priest.5) Run hot water down the drain to make sure it is draining properly. If not, repeat the above steps until it does. When finished thoroughly clean and dry the cable before manually pushing it back inside the plastic housing. During this process the housing will sound and feel like it will break but it eventually goes back in there. Tighten the thumb screw to keep the cable inside the housingDespite the nastiness, this drain snake made my shower drain like new. I didn't use the other products that came with this set though I have used those plastic drain cleaners before and they work well for shallow drains like sinks. This product is reasonably priced and works well. It is safe for you and your pipes and is considerably cheaper than calling a plumber. Don't worry, you can do it yourself.

Amazing!!
I was doubtful because of some of the reviews I read on here but I’m so glad I bought this! This was my last option before spending hundreds for a plumber. At first, I didn’t think it was working because nothing was coming up, but after feeding it down more it really worked! I’m blown away by this product!

Lots of items included
I like that this kit comes with an additional head, multiple plastic sink snakes, and a smaller hand held snake. The big round handle is good quality and looks durable. I'm not sure if I just don't understand how to use it, but the crank on the big snake only seems to turn the snake and it does not roll it back up after use. I had to pull out the snake to the length I thought I needed and then you secure it and use the handle to turn the snake and feed it down as you go. I could not get it to wind the snake back up, so I had to pull it up and push it back in by hand. I read the instructions, but they do not address this issue, so maybe this is just how it is intended to be used. I like the small size and it worked well on a slow bath tub. I should get a lot of use out of it, plus the other included items.

WORTH THE MONEY
Everything you need in one kit. Just unclogged a stubborn bathroom sink drain in seconds, and i didn't even have to use the snake.

Good for minor clogs
This set kinda works. The actual snake is OK but it's a pretty low end version. If you've got a simple clog in a sink this will probably work. Anything really clogged will be a much tougher challenge. The grabber and the hair retriever are actually pretty cool. I've used a plastic hair retriever previously and they actually do a nice job of pulling up hair, So getting three in this kit is nice. I can just store them under the sinks and always have them available. The pickup tool is also a nice addition if the hair remover fails. Hopefully if I keep using these two I won't need to use the snake.

Its all you need
This product works! for $29 you can have a snake declogger , tube with clamp, 3 plastic hair grabber ,a pair of gloves and a bag for the stuff . The quality and quantity is so much better for the price , its not an apple product ! What matters is it works and you save money from a Plumber .

First use, snapped.
This was a massive waste of time. First, the 25FT length is useless when it isn’t strong enough to go 2+FT in a drain. Second, first use the auger snapped. Won’t be using this brand again at all.
