This has become necessary for me to avoid leg cramps at night. It also helps me relax and get to sleep quicker and sleep deeper. This helps my energy level during the day and I am ready to greet each morning with clarity.

I take this product at night and I absolutely love it! I feel chill throughout my day.

I am reviewing a supplement from Nuqiit - a triple formula combining Gaba, L-Theanine and 5-htp (90 capsules). Although the product description on Amazon does not emphasize this, these three ingredients work well together as a very gentle relaxation and sleep aid. I have taken these supplement ingredients separately for many years to combat insomnia and I really like the concept of combining these three into one capsule. In this formula a two capsule dosage will provide you with a generous amount of Gaba (750mg): I've found gaba is useful to "quiet the mind" a bit before bedtime which is an important condition to obtain in order to relax enough to fall asleep. The other two are quite popular supplements as well to help initiate your body for rest. I've found this supplement from Nuquitt to be very helpful for me and that it is well tolerated with no unpleasant side effects. However, if you currently take any prescription medications I suggest you visit with your physician to be sure there won't be an interaction. This is a generous 45 day supply (assuming you take two per day or evening). And they are manufactured in the USA which is a definite plus! Recommended!

The L-Theanine is a wonderful addition.I suggest taking these at night, as I've taken these during the day a couple times and it has made me a little groggy. When I take them at night, I wake up refreshed and in a positive mood.

The dose is 2 pills. I took one before bed last night and this is the best (mentally and emotionally) I’ve felt in the morning in AGES. Not sure if this is going to be an every night thing for me or just once in a while, but highly recommended for high stress burn out with disrupted sleep.

And some have extra pieces of unknown material. Maybe a leaf or some but it is definitely a contaminant. So that's unfortunate.Formulated in the USA but not made in the USA. Not sure where it's made.

This supplement combines many popular ingredients for relaxation so that you do not have to purchase and take them separately. That makes adding to your supplement stack a little easier. I had no problem swallowing the capsules, and they had no taste or smell.

Ive taken L-theanine many times over the years and I can feel it when i take it. This however, even taking up to 6 of them did nothing.
