Beware: Defective Product Twice, Extremely Disappointing
I initially received a defective product and decided to exchange it, hoping the issue was due to packaging or delivery. However, my frustration only grew when the replacement arrived with similar, though slightly less severe, defects. At that point, I gave up and reluctantly decided to keep it, but my confidence in this brand has been seriously shaken.It’s disappointing that even after giving the product a second chance, it failed again. The first defective unit might be forgivable, but receiving a second one with similar issues is unacceptable. I’m left questioning whether they even care about quality control. After this experience, I cannot recommend this product and will be cautious with this brand in the future
