I bought this tactical vest and leash for my Boxer, and it has exceeded expectations! The material is heavy-duty and feels extremely durable, but it’s also breathable and padded where it needs to be, so my dog stays comfortable even on longer walks or hikes.The fit is adjustable and secure—no slipping or chafing. I love the control handle on the back for extra support in crowded areas, and the leash that comes with it is equally high quality with strong hardware and just the right amount of stretch and control.It also has MOLLE webbing and Velcro panels, which is perfect for ID patches and small gear. Bonus: it looks super sharp! I’ve gotten tons of compliments and questions from other dog owners.Highly recommend for active dogs, service dogs, or anyone wanting more control and comfort in their gear! The Medium fits a 44 Lb female with a muscular build straight out of the box, no adjustments needed. I love the patches that come with it and the velcro is strong. The handle is sturdy and I can tell the vest itself doesn’t bother her or get itchy. The little ID pocket is a nice touch and I recommend putting something cool there like a portrait of your dog or a custom name tag. The leash is a nice material and a good length. The pink on both the vest and the leash is vibrant and the camo looks clean. Comfort:Probably depends on your dogs allergies and hair type, but my dog forgets she’s wearing it.Ease of putting on:Slips right over their head and clips nice and easily.Control:Unless you aren’t stronger than your dog, you should have full control over them. If your dog yanks/lunges/pulls, then use the front clip. It will redirect their momentum so that every time they try to pull forward they will get turned sideways. Thereby keeping you from getting pulled over. Also the handle will come in handy if your dog jumps up or lunges.Safety:Most importantly I trust that this harness will hold up where it needs to and keeps my dog secure.

The media could not be loaded. This did the trick for a dog who chewed through harnesses, leashes, and cables. Our medium sized dog has very strong teeth! We had to do something to keep him from going over to the neighbors and terrorizing their chickens, while we installed and trained him on the invisible petsafe fence. So I bought this harness with a heavy duty chain, and it finally kept him in our yard.Pros: well stitched, cushioned, tough material.Has Velcro stickers that say “Best Friend” and could be replaced by whatever you want - service dog, therapy dog, or other things.Has a pocket for a card to put address and name on it.Fits snugly, can be adjusted around the dog’s middle.Does not constrict around the neck even when the dog pulls hard.Cons: no buckles around neck. Harness has to be slipped over the head, then buckled around torso. I lengthened the straps around the head as much as possible to get it on easily.The plastic (I thought at first it was metal) tab where we first attached the chain broke the first day. We now attach the chain to the fabric loop which is well stitched and has held. We’ve been using it for about a month, for several hours at a time, and it has taken a beating but has held up.Uncomfortable to some degree. Our dog doesn’t like it all that much, and rubs against things as if trying to pull it off. We only put it on him when we need to. But he knows that if he wants to go outside he has to have it on, and he cooperates after a moment of putting his head down.All in all it has worked very well, and the dog still has freedom of movement. I did take one star off because of the broken plastic tab.

Great for my rott. He's a puller, so we needed a vest to help control and train. This vest has been very helpful for me to walk him. I also love the best friend patches! Its held up wonderfully and Id highly recommend for a large dog. Its never came undone from pulling or tugging, it fits him very well, and he seems to like it! (He's knows it means a walk is coming lol).

I really like this harness, it fits well and the dual options of the top and front leash mounts is fantastic. My dog hates the front and it's more difficult to walk him that way- but he pulls so badly on long walks it's necessary. But then the top connection is there for convenience for short walks too! Have had no issues with it staying on, or durability this far.
