After a very intense abdominal surgery which left me with a 17.5" scar, I was given a pump container of Advanced Scar Cream. These pump jars are about 1.5oz and I went through it very fast. When I went to get more, I noticed they have these sheets and this particular one can stay on for up to 10 days. At 150 inches in length, that gives me 9 'servings' and at 10 days each, this item will last me almost 3 months. I've been using it for 3 weeks and I have noticed a nice difference in the scars appearance. After going to my surgeon this week at the 6 mo. follow up he also said "your scar looks GREAT". I am going to keep using this and I recommend it.

I've been using silicone scar sheets on my mastectomy scars for over a year. I bought this brand because of the lower price and they are very stiff and extra sticky. Autry having them on 12 hours or so they begin to itching. I could wear the last brand I bought for 24 hours easily.

Update: After I wrote the following review the seller contacted me and provided a full refund. Maybe it would work for areas other than the knee ( which is subject to frequent bending). .I’m on my second total knee replacement and needed more silicon tape to help reduce appearance of scar. This tape was cheaper than the tape I bought a year ago for my other knee, and on picture looked similar so took a chance. Fail. First time wore at night it came off- in twisted long roll like a twizzler! Did not stick well. Tried during day. When flexed and then straighten leg the tape released in multiple areas along scar. I will reorder more expensive tape that works. Was cheap- but actually wasn’t as unusable.

I’ve tried one other similar product and liked the other better for my needs. This one is flexible if you only need it to bend in one direction. I’m using it after surgery on my foot so I cut off a small section and it’s not able to mold around the curves of my big toe joint in both directions. The silicone is thick and gooey which makes it harder to apply for my specific needs. It gets on my fingers, it squishes out on around the sides once applied. It peels away if it gets brushed so I wear socks to keep in place, the the sock lint collects on the edges. It doesn’t last as long because of this. It does work, and would possibly be ideal on other parts of the body like stomach, arm or leg in a spot that only curves in one direction.

I like that these come in a roll so that you can customize them to whatever size you need.I usually leave scar strips on for a week, these don't last 24 hours, they almost immediately start peeling off.

Recently i had a scar on my hand. Upon my research i found this product. After using it for a week i couldn't even see the scar. I would definately recommend this product to people who are looking for scar removal. Its so easy to use.

So much cheaper than Walgreens. Sticks to skin reasonable well. One piece per day.. Big pink scar seems to be turning whiter but I didn't take before and after pics.
