Excellent tasting chocolate for a variety of purposes (including just eating)
I really love these. They're tasty enough to use for my daily chocolate fix just as they are. I've also turned them into hot chocolate. And I even tried melting them in the microwave, pouring half into a silicone mold, putting strawberry preserves on top, topping with more melted chocolate, and putting it into the freezer for a few minutes to make strawberry-filled chocolate candy. It was so delicious. You really can't go wrong with this.

They're...Fine
I was hoping to use this chocolate for snack and baking but for being advertised as 70% dark chocolate they are a bit bland with a slightly bitter finish, so I only use them as a typical baking chocolate. That being said, these pieces are much better than the chocolate wafers sold for candy making.

Weirdly not bitter, considering it's 70% dark
70% dark chocolate is usually fairly bitter to me. I like sweet stuff, and I would rather eat cheap milk chocolate than than some gourmet, high cacao nonsense with a fancy name. I would rather eat real white chocolate (not that nonsense made with vegetable oil and zero chocolate, but the real stuff) than the expensive dark stuff. I thought I'd hate this stuff. I didn't. It's barely bitter at all to me. I mean, there's a little bitterness in there, but nothing close to bittersweet chocolate. This actually has a higher percentage of cacao than most bittersweet chocolate, yet it is less bitter. It is a very mild chocolate. It's not rich or strong flavored in any way. I guess that's just how this type of chocolate is supposed to be. It's not very rich. It's not extremely sweet either. It's just mild and not bitter. It certainly would make an interesting baking chocolate, or you could just eat it.

The chocolate is bloomed, turned white around the edges
I was going to give this as a gift and the chocolate looks very offputting. And there is a no return policy.

Chocolate feves
They do melt better than the discs you get in stores. That being said I wasn't a fan of the flavor and on their own they would not stick. That could be user error but I never had problems with the discs.

Tastes good
I grabbed these to use in baking, but they're just as good eating them right out of the bag. They don't taste bitter like some dark chocolates do, but they're not super sweet either. They make great chocolate chunk cookies, and look like they'd be good to melt for hot chocolate.

Delicious flavor!
These chocolates are so delicious, I had to hide them from myself to stop eating them. I prefer dark chocolate and I rate these right up there with some of my favorites. They have a nice texture, not soft. And they’re the perfect bite sized portion. I would not suggest getting these if you plan to use as is for a chocolate decoration because they have a color to them which makes them look old or beat up. But if you just want to eat, melt, or add to a trail mix, I highly recommend.

decent semi-dark chocolate in large resealable bag
this is some pretty good chocolate. The shape was unusual to me, but they're sort of snack sized, two-bit pieces. I like that its re-closeable to prevent staleness. I guess these large chunks would be good for cooking, melting or baking as well.
