I Like how this 24MM Carb works with my Big Bore Kit 49cc to 100cc. The Stock 49cc Carb was holding the Scooter back. This 24mm Carb came with 35 Pilot Jet and 98 Main Jet. I did Play around with Jet Sizes and now have a 100 Main Jet and a 44 Pilot Jet in the Carb, Works ok but will install a Larger Main Jet in the Future. Top Speed on my Scooter Now is Approx 40mph on Flat Roads in Southwest Florida.I do want to mention that if you are Buying the 24mm Carb for a Big Bore Kit Upgrade As I did, You will need a Larger 24MM Intake also as the Stock 49cc intake will not work. So go ahead and order the Intake for a 150cc Gy6 Engine Now also, don't buy it in the Bundle kits as I did that Prior to This Purchase and I got a No Name Knock off Carb that was missing parts. I know its tempting to Order the Bundle with the 24mm Carb, Intake Manifold, and Filters for just under 30 Bucks, But the Carb in the Bundle I bought was Junk and I had to Return it, increasing my scooter downtime.Carb comes with a Tee for the Vacuum Hose Connections, For Some Reason, My Scooter was Very Hard to Start, ie had to Spray Starting Fluid to get it to Start after Install. After Attempting Several Jet Changes and A lot of Time Adjusting Idle Air Screw, I discovered that My Scooter Vacuum was not Strong enough to Provide Constant GAS FLOW from the Petcock. I Discovered that Bypassing the Petcock and Coming Directly from the Gas Tank to Carb (With just a Small Gas Filter) so I eliminated the Vacuum Tee, and Just hooked up the One Vacuum Hose to the Side of the Carb. It starts easily now, First Kick every time.

I guess the original has been around long enough to master a replica. This is indistinguishable from the original and at this price, why bother with replacing individual components and going through the adjustments.

I used this to replace the crappy non-adjustable stock carb that ran dangerously lean on my gy6 150cc scooter. Stock OEM carb jet was a 102 and the pilot jet was not marked. On this new PD24J carb I put in a 110 main jet and 32 pilot, adjusted the idle to 1200rpm and it's run flawlessly. Much smoother idle and better throttle response at low revs. Good quality casting, threads are good on the jets and float bowl. Everything looks brand new inside and assembled correctly. Good value here.

I've had this carburetor since April 1st I installed it on my quad and here it is May 26th and the auto choke went out so the quad won't stay running and I've had this carburetor what a little over a month and yeah I'm very disappointed and displeased carburetor should at least last you know a year or more I would think but yeah crap

Good product..put it on a chinese quad.baja 110cc. Hooked right up worked well didnt even hook up the electric choke.as for how long it lasts dont know.but feels like a good product.air lines and fuel line very low quality.

This item wasn't new. It has wear on it, but it's the right carburetor.

I had a problem with a Hammerhead 150 GTR that would start, but only run for about a second. Determined that the problem was fuel supply. This carb appears to be brand new, and came with all hoses, a fuel filter, the electric choke, a new manifold, and a performance type air filter. It fit perfectly, and after priming the carburetor by cranking the starter a few times, she instantly fired up. Idle was set perfectly. Delivery was amazingly fast! Do not hesitate to by this setup.

i have gy6 170cc on china made gocart, (baja reaction) , my other carb seemed to mess up , enricher mount seemed to never seal right and got worse over years ...., after messing with it for an hour or 2 i figured for $30 id try a new one .works great

Easy install right out of the box. Just a little adjustment on the air fuel mixture screw and the kids quad was running like new.

Simple to install and bike fired right up! Had been sitting for a few years and wouldn't even try to fire with a new plug and fresh gas. Installed the new carburator and after a few rolls it came to life!
