The firmness of the spandex is perfect! After 3 C-sections, it’s not easy finding panties that are comfortable while also helping with the pooch that will never be flat.This shapewear works like a dream for me!At 5’5”, 135lbs, size Small is the perfect fit and tames the C-section pooch/pouch that just won’t go away.Definitely a little confidence boost with these without the discomfort. Well worth the price.I hope anyone who purchases these has as pleasant of an experience as I have! :)

Covers nothing holds nothing in-- immediately rolls down!!! Actually accentuates old mom pooches and love handles!!! Panty line is noticeable making hip dips stand out more-- even as normal panties the fabric has a plastic like feel to it!!!! --- Iam short and short torso-- they don't go neat high enough to do anything but make you look worse and uncomfortable!!-- Iam 5' 3" weigh 140-- tried medium and large--- just a COMPLETE WASTE

Can't tell if it's too big or not enough support.

Stretchy and smooth, no ridges, snug but not uncomfortably tight. Good quality and it washes well. A bit pricey but nice.

I bought these to wear underneath the dress. They’re not as tight as I would’ve liked them to be in the front but they’re pretty good.

I specifically bought SPANX because the other shapewear have bought from them have the ‘grippy’ strips at the top to prevent the garment from rolling down. As soon as I put these panties on they rolled. I hadn’t even moved! Very disappointing!

Oh these panties are so comfy to me they are worth the money. They smooth out my lumpy lumps so nicely I will never wear another style of panties ever!
