These work quite well for me. The only issue I find is dealing with very strong Velcro, so I can't put them on and take them off in a couple of seconds; I have to be more patient, and of course that makes an opportunity for not working out. But they work well, and don't hurt when pulled on from the various angles needed for a workout. They are certainly durable, and work with my stretch straps.

These ankle cuffs are solid and do exactly what I needed them to do. They’re comfortable, easy to adjust, and stay secure during cable kickbacks and leg exercises. The padding is thick enough that it doesn’t dig into my ankles, even with heavier weight. Great quality for the price and a good addition to my home gym.

These things work great for such a simple idea. I use them on my lat pull down machine and do donkey kicks with them. I uave a men's 9 foot and these fit nicely but I will say that they might be too large for bare, skinny ankles. I always have socks on and they work out perfectly. Also, walking around with them over my sneakers feels fine, no uneveness when I walk. They're made very well. The "D" rings and sew patterns are pretty heavy duty. I would buy these again.
