These are so tasty and they work really well. They help me sleep beautifully. They are a perfect size. They’re a little pricey but they’re worth it.

I’m kind of an uneasy sleep at times and I take two of these so that I sleep extra deep and sometimes I’m a little groggy from taking two but they taste so darn good. They’re really a heavy grape flavor. It’s kind of like a grape and a wine kind of flavor I can’t really describe it but it’s really really good so when I eat them, I eat them really slow because I love the flavor and I don’t want to see myself snacking on them. I don’t know what the hell that would do to me, but they are super good and you don’t taste medicine in them. I hate when you get gummy and then they taste like medicine, and these do not these are so good that I have to be careful. I don’t start eating more of them and they do work. I’ve had melatonin before and this is actually the best brand I’ve ever had the best version of this brand because it’s really strong and one would work But when I’m going through some stressful times I take two and they really do the trick often you take melatonin depending on the brand and you don’t even know if it’s working or not but this definitely works and I doze off slowly so I can watch a movie or a show and take them and just as the show is about over I start drifting off just really peacefully Which I really like so many brands you take and you wait and you wait and you wait your Wideawake waiting to fade and you don’t and these are just perfect. You fade slowly and it’s a gradual fade and drift off to sleep and it’s really nice. I even dream when I’m sleeping and a lot of times I don’t do that , so it’s worked out really well and I have fatigue issues so it does have me sleeping deep enough that I feel a difference in my energy the next day and I will probably buy no other melatonin again but this brand and this version of this brand

Good gummy helped me sleep. pretty cheap for this as it works perfectly. contains the perfect vitamins you will need. I would definetly recommend to anyone who has trouble sleeping.

The flavor is a bit like cold medicine but I love that taste lol, overall puts me to sleep in 15min !!

I’ve had sleep problems for years and have cycled through dozens of natural supplements -most of which have, eventually, lost effectiveness or didn’t work at all.During a very bad bout of insomnia, I was rather desperate and even tried the Trazodone my doctor recommended which didn’t work all that well and left me groggy and light-headed in the morning.I had taken small doses of melatonin in the past but, this too, had stopped working. Amazingly, these Olly Extra Strength Gummies are a game-changer for me! The herbal combo, with the higher dose of melatonin and the L-Theanine, finally broke the cycle I’ve been dealing with for months.*I do chew the 2 gummies along with about 400 mgs of magnesium glycinate which also has a very relaxing effect. If you haven’t used this supplement before, best to start with a lower dose to see how you react. This is not a laxative form of magnesium so that shouldn’t be a issue.*I take this combo about 20 minutes before bedtime and I make sure to turn the lights very low since melatonin effectiveness diminishes with strong light exposure.*Since these gummies have some sugar content, I chew them and then do my teeth-cleaning regiment afterward.*I don’t expect this potency to last forever for me but if/when the effectiveness weakens, I may experiment by adding more chamomile or some other benign herb to jumpstart things again.

TThis works start with 1mg then 3mg now I’m on 5mg. It smells good, tastes good, easy to use, kind of expensive compared to other brands.

I don’t usually like gummies, but these taste great! They really do help me sleep — I take two, and within about 30 minutes, I’m drifting off. Best of all, I wake up feeling refreshed with no groggy feeling the next day. Highly recommend!
