Mixed feelings
I purchased this item 18 months ago and worked great! since I have another one of these lamps and the original cable on that one finally broke, I ordered another one but to my surprise, this one did not work, I don't know if I received the wrong item or the wrong adapters, but it just didn't fit. I order I replacement hoping that it was just a packaging mistake. still disappointed about the time and resources wasted.

Does not work with the sync box did not know until I read a few reviews
Works as described but have a Phillips Hue sync box and it not compatible sucks but it works have them in my kitchen instead.

Didn't work correctly
This unit did not work correctly. It got hot very quickly and my lights would only turn on for a few seconds and then turn off. The unit was already joined, so it's not like I was setting up a new bulb or unit.

Purchased as a replacement to go with my Phillips hue go 71460 and does not fit even though the model is listed as compatible.
