Great value and supporting our Veterans
Review Summary:- Good quality, nice, larger size than what was included with the TENS unit, great reusable adhesion and inexpensive.- Excellent instructions and tamperproof packaging- Veteran-owned small businessQuick shipping: I received my TENS 7000 premium electrode pads today, before even getting the new TENS unit I ordered! The package came with clear instructions, expiration date clearly marked and was sealed with a tear-off perforation so I know they weren't previously used (and returned). One thing I noticed immediately was the pads were thicker and stickier than another brand I bought years ago. I equate that to a better product that will last longer. While you don't need to use electrode gel, I have in the past to continue the pad use and to create a more conductive layer between the skin and the pad. That said, I don't think I'll need to use the gel for a while with these quality 2 x 2 pads. Also, while one would think it was obvious, I typically clean the skin area before use (namely, after a shower or I'll clean the area with 70% alcohol). If you've made it this far into my review, I want to say I read many, many reviews trying to sift through the "real" reviews and the fake ones. While pouring through all the unit and pad reviews I've noticed that a lot of folks complain about getting rashes. This hasn't happened to me but I also noted that both the unit and pad instructions warned to (1) keep "electrodes not firmly against the skin greatly increase the chance of burns and other adverse reactions" and (2) extended or prolonged use at a high intensity can cause rashes. There were a lot of low ratings and people complaining about the units and pads because of rashes ("worst experience of my life!") and I wonder if they read the warnings. Understanding that rashes are legitimate for folks with sensitive skin and not caused by incorrect use, the warning I cited appeared on page 28 of 33 of my unit's manual so I do think a warning such as this should merit a more prominent passage in the front of the document. Thanks for reading the review, hopefully, you'll enjoy the DiscountTENS pad yourself. Have a good day!

As a return purchaser, I can state that these pads are the best I've used.
You can't beat these pads! I've bought several packs over the years and they are wonderful. High-quality, well-made, and stick quite well. The square pads are much larger in area than the original round pads I got in a well-known TENS kit. They shipped within a day. The price is very competitive with other brands. For people who haven't tried TENS therapy, research it and then try it. It is a safe and inexpensive alternative to pain drugs in many situations. I was first introduced to TENS therapy while getting physical therapy (accident in the military) and TENS made a huge difference in pain management.

Great for spasming muscles
My significant other suggested I buy one of these for by back spasms and after a bit of nagging I went ahead and bought this one. If you have that back spasm that makes it hard to walk, sit etc. - get one of these. I wish I'd bought this sooner, because this little unit gives me real honest-to-goodness relief, sometimes immediately and sometimes not for an hour or two after each session, but with each session my back got one step closer to full recovery.I did this on my own, without doctor supervision, so I was a bit nervous. What settings should I use, where do I put the pads, etc. The bottom line is its not hard, you just need to experiment with it! I experimented with placements and settings, and as long as I keep it turned no higher than 2.5, none of these settings hurt. Once the pads are stuck on and are plugged into the unit, turn it on and you can fiddle with the settings and figure out exactly what each one does. If you can't feel it, turn it up until you do. You'll know when you've gone too far. You can play around with location too, figuring out what placement gets the best result. Once I get the placement right, I turn it to slight pain then ease it back to comfortable, and leave it there for a while. Then change the mode and try that for a while, then the next mode. I start out on normal, then turn it up a bit on modulation, a bit more on burst, and now I can take a higher setting on normal. And to be clear, for me personally, I get relief when I use it on spasming muscles, not the nerves nor the spine. The electricity hurts when its right on the nerve and doesn't seem to directly relieve nerve pain. But I do I find that if I calm the muscles, the nerves calm themselves down. The bottom line is this, if you have spasming muscles that keep you from enjoying life, this unit will help you get your life back.

Adhesion isn't bad but it's not glue either.
Bought these for my lower back and leg pain. These are not bad pads, just don't expect gold when you paid for lead. The first use is fine, get ten uses out of the same pads? Maybe if your skin is dryer than the Sahara and you are partially mummified. However you can get multiple uses but how many will change due to skin type and where they are placed. You just rinse them off and place them on the original plastic to dry. Be sure to give them time, I usually swap between two sets. Doing this I can get 3 to 5 uses per set. That being said I have reordered these several times and find them good for the price.

These are the best ive used
Im updating a review i posted a few days ago. I have been using this type of product for 15 years. These are by far the best Ive ever used. I have been wearing my first set for over a week now. Ive had them on for over 4 hrs each day doing all types of activity. They have maintained their adhesive effect and conduction very well. From my perspective i will use these from now on. It is hard to find quality pads a a good price. For my money these are it. I have had MS for over 15 years and chronic disk disease in my lumbar and Sacral spine. I was supposed to have total lumbar fusion 10 years ago, but have not had it due to staying fit and doing these treatments. im also 60 years old.

The pads are very sticky and last a good long time.
Bought the pack of 20 and it will be sufficient for the year of usage. Needed to use my TENS 3000 everyday and these pads were a perfect fit on my older version.
