Ghirardelli Unsweetened Dutch Process Cocoa Pouch, 8 Ounce, Brown, Dark Chocolate

My package was flimsily wrapped but did arrive in perfect condition. This product is by far the best quantity for a reasonable price. No one carries this locally anymore which I completely don't understand. I researched all the highest end brands but the prices are just unreasonable for a home baker. I buy this brand and mix it with Navitas organic lighter cocoa powder for an excellent taste in my protein balls & baked goods. Paired with espresso or other spices it's delicious. Of course, you actually have to know how to use a cocoa powder to bring out it's best flavor. I question the bad reviews on flavor.

Have used for several recipes now and this has a rich flavor, very pleased with this product.
