I keep buying this because it works. There is enough magnesium in here that it helps prevent my restless legs from starting up at night. It tastes really great compared to the big brand of initials anyone who listens to Podcasts has heard about. It’s also an excellent value in this category. The packets are easy to pack in a purse and it ends the dehydration that brings on Keto flu. I think it’s highly effective and great quality. My only recommendation would be if the packets were easier to open. These are difficult to open and I have to find scissors to to it which is difficult when out and about. All in all, these are my favorite electrolytes.

Love this mango flavor. It's almost over-flavored but you can dilute to taste depending on water added. This is truly drinkable and affordable. I have used LMNT and other electrolyte mixes but I like this one best. I use it right in the morning for wake up hydration and immediate benefits of potassium and magnesium before working out

Great tasting hydrating drink. Easy to mix. Less expensive than LMNT. Has cured my leg cramps most nights. Very effective product.

4.5 starsReally good chocolate flavor, but not my top one. I was hesitant to buy this product since many people were giving one star ratings talking about how artificial taste was. However, I ended up loving the taste and totally recommend the chocolate if you’re one to crave sweet, salty, drinks to replenish your electrolytes. There is a hint of artificial flavor, but it isn’t overbearing, nor is it a totally sugar-bomb like the other highly rated electrolyte brand on the market. It also is maybe a touch less salty than LMNT. I also love how KetoChow doesn’t use maltodextrin in their electrolytes as I have learned more about the substance and now like to stay away from it as much as I can. I regret buying only the chocolate version and not the chocolate variety to see how the caramel differs from the plain chocolate.

I love the cherry chill flavor, more of a smooth taste and not too puckery. Tastes like a bomb pop popcicle, or a cherry slush with all the necessary electrolytes my needs! Will definitely order again. But don’t get the citrus flavor, it tastes like chemicals, yuck!

Delicious, good ingredients, hydrates well, helps with post-exercise recovery

I'm a fan of these electolytes. They are very easily dissolved in water and have a good flavor. My only gripe is that I wish they were cheaper. This review is for the berry and is tasty but the orange is my favorite.
