Nice style, comfortable and can easily be worn under ...
Have found the belt a big help in helping to reduce my back pain and allow me to get back to my hobbies again. The rods within the belt have also helped in improving my posture and keeping my spine straighter. The pocket for a heat / ice pack is an added bonus. Nice style, comfortable and can easily be worn under / over clothes.

poorly described
i'm a size 8 and even the small which i ordered was too tight to be comfortable and it would not have supported my lower back as it kept riding up higher to the middle of my back, not very happy with purchase
