Great iron for home. This one-temperature iron by Warmex is my go-to home appliance for ironing clothes. It has amazing steam bust, and auto temperature control, making it hustle-free. All you need to do is add water to the water tank and switch on the iron, and "voila" here you go.

Amazing steam iron. I was in search of a good steam iron, but with the never-ending options and different brands, I got a bit confused. Then I saw this temperature steam iron that can glide through all cloth fabrics. It's lightweight, but even after we fill the 2.2L tank to max capacity.

I took 3 irons in total in Dec 19 & Jan 20.First I bought one I liked and then I bought 2 more. And guess what all of them something or the other is not working. I called the support MR. Khekra Thakur he transferred the called to next person MR. Anil and then again he transferred the call again to Ms. Nisha (no responsibility only delegation to their respective juniors, then finally no action).Since March 20, I’m after each one of them and there is no action till date. They told me that I’ll have to ship to Sonipat and they will repair and send it back. Now in early Oct 20 (8 months later) they have sent one service centre guy who finally came and then disappeared again. It’s Oct 20 end now and there is no support. There product is ok but their service is making this product useless.I would suggest people to take Phillips or Russel Hobs kind of better know brands because selling product is easy but giving continuous service is more important but that’s only creates trust and increase sales.RegardsDurgesh Agarwal

Although the product is good, butwater droplets are spilling on the clothes. Also continous ironing of cloths is not possible as it stops giving steam in short intervals.It is also not known how complaint be done for this problem

I was looking for a powerful steam iron which help in pressing my cloathes faster. I have originally used a 2000 watt iron from Oster which worked great for 2 years but failed after that. That one I have purchased for Rs. 850 which was a real bargain. I was looking for a replacement iron with > 2000 watt capacity and what I found is that most of the branded ones are costing a fortune (> Rs. 2500) which is way over my budget.Then I came across this product, I was impressed by the features (particularly the auto cutoff feature which works based on the way the iron was standing as well as detailed explanation of auto clean feature). I couldn't get any reviews for this product but the price was reasonable (~ Rs. 1500) so I decided to purchase.I have used it only for 2 days now but both my wife and myself are extremely satisfied with the performance of this iron. It is little heavier than the Oster iron but worked even better.It is too early to validate all the features but I steam output was really good as well as the auto cutoff feature is indeed working as expected. Overall, I am extremely satisifed and hope it will last more than 2 years without issue.

The product worked fine. Problem started after 8 months of usage. The big problem is they don't have service centre in Bangalore. You have to send this to Sonipat Haryana. Very costly affair. Think before you choose this..

I switched to warmex one touch iron last month. I had a dry iron previously which was functional but very laborious. Since I have switched to this steam iron, pressing clothes is hassle-free. No tension of burning clothes or left-out creases.
