Cat Sewing Arts and Craft Kit for Girls Ages 6-12

Very cut she will love learning how to do this!!Christmas!!

I've been looking more and more for tablet free activities for kids. My daughter is 4 and loves kittens so when I saw this activity I decided to take a chance on it. She was too young to attempt the sewing part on her own so I did that but but she was able to put on the pre-cut clothing and make the purse and thread the necklace. We took about 30 mins to do the whole thing and hours after she's still playing with it. Love that it came with more than one outfit that she can change the clothes as she pleases. Wish there was another animal like a puppy or a unicorn doll

I bought this for my niece who turned 6. She really enjoyed making it and practice her sewing. It turned out cute and it is nice that it came with extra outfits so that she change her while she is playing.

The only sewing here is around the body, all other parts have been done already, done really quickly and not much practice. The felt clothes offer no sewing and they don’t stay on as well as my 9yr old would like. Suggestion: Krafun jumbo bunny that I purchased for my other daughter had so much more to do, sewing face, ears, etc.

Purchased for my 8 year old granddaughter who wants to learn to sew. Nice bright colors. Was not too difficult and introduced her to stitching and stuffing. Similar to playing with paper dolls when completed. Very pleased.

Got as a gift, seems really cool, know she will really like it. Very nice size. She is special needs girl, it's big enough for her to work with, with my help she'll enjoy putting together, looks easy enough, not to computated for her.

Item was missing the piece with the face

This is an okay kit for a first exposure to sewing for a child. The felt pieces are already all cut out, and the holes are already in the felt pieces. There are instructions. You only sew the cat, not any of the clothes, but you can make a necklace and a purse for the cat. And that's probably as much attention span as a 5 to 7 year old has anyway. There are also a lot of accessories for the cat. This is marketed for a 5 to 7 year old and I would say that's about right, maybe even 6 to 7. It would be nice if this kit had multiple creatures, like a dog and a duck, and all the clothes were interchangeable, so you could come back to this a second and third time. I would definitely pay $15 for this item, but I probably would not pay $25 for it.
