Great for bathroom sink.
I’ve had one of these for ever. They do need replacing once in awhile. So convenient not needing to keep a glass for everyone on the bathroom sink.

I wish I had invented this
February 3 ·OK, I just saw a commercial for a new nose cleaning system. Please consider the logic applied to my belief that humans are designed to drink water with our heads forward. Left to our own devices, we would drink from our cupped hands, or lips to surface. Much like every other animal on the planet. If you agree with this premise, then the question becomes, does it matter? My body tells me everyday, how much it matters.Try it. Do your own clinical study. Please consider doing this at least twice a day. Preferably, upon waking and before bed. IIMD is what I call it. I don't think it's in any medical journals yet. Insufficient mucus distribution, ( IMD ) is most often mistaken for dehydration and is responsible for most ailments. Yep, most. Think about it. I'll name a few: all symptoms of dehydration, male and female baldness, dandruff, headaches, muscle spasms, chronic itchy and dry eye, itching and ringing in the ears, nasal allergies, dry skin, respiratory issues, dry sinuses, sinus infections, dry mouth, chapped lips, grinding the teeth, tooth decay, gum disease, bad breath, snoring, sore throat, acid reflux, indigestion, gas, colitis, constipation, digestive issues, urinary tract infections, vaginal dryness, non trauma induced inflammation, arthritis, incontinence, frequent urination, high blood pressure, water retention, wrinkles, rashes and more! Snot is not your enemy. Mucus is as important as blood and water to our bodies. It's our protective lubricant. Of course I'm not a doctor. I serviced business machines for most of my adult life. I now consider myself a body mechanic. I decided to consider my body as a machine and try to diagnose what I was doing that was inconsistent with the user manual. Hydrating with your head back, bypasses the nasal sinus. This is a critical mistake. It is the equivalent to failing to oil your machine. I have resisted talking about this for as long as I can. The fact that doctors recommend this Novage nose cleaner suggests that either the medical community doesn't know about head position while drinking water, or they don't want you to know. Either way, that's some scary stuff. Google the purpose of the nasal sinus. They are clearly guessing. Look up " how to drink water properly" on youtube. The doctor with the most views, is old school, 8 glasses a day. I believe the glass is the problem. The rest are jokers. * IMD is what I call it. I don't think it's in any medical journals yet. Avoid frustration and future regret. Teach your children. Resist the urge to over-hydrate, changing your healthy mucous membranes into unhealthy aqueous membranes. We should stay as juicy as babies, our entire lives. We should be slippery from entrance to exit. Throw your water bottles away. They are killing you. Buy a water fountain if drinking from your hand is too uncivilized. Or, you could drink using a straw. Soak your head in your bathroom sink daily. Blink and drink. Your body will thank you. If all this doesn't make you feel some kind of way, you just might be a pod person. Oh no, maybe I'm the alien. That would explain everything. It only matters to me, that you think about this. Thanks for reading. I welcome your clinical results, comments and ridicule. I hope you feel better.

Install was simple and works as described....
This has been a great addition to add to the faucet making it easy to get a drink or rinse mouth after brushing teeth. The one downside was that when it was brand new it would automatically switch back to coming out the faucet. After 2 weeks of use the drinking fountain sticks on after turning the water off and now you must pull the metal piece to make it revert back to coming out the faucet. Water is not hard, but seems to be a possible longevity issue.

Tried all others. This one is best. Very adjustable.
I'm very satisfied with this "Kwik Sip" adjustable drinking fountain. This product has some features that are not mentioned in advertisement. Here is what really I like about this "Kwik Sip" fountain:1) Very durable product. Made of metal and strong plastic pieces. You can tell a lot of thought was put into this product.2) Push the bar/button to the right to get adjustable fountain of water. Push bar/button to left to get regular flow from faucet. The bar/button is not spring loaded. It stays where you pushed it.3) You can point the stream of water in a full range of left, right and straight up and any where between and it stays there.4) The stream of water angles towards you into the sink and not back onto the faucet like other non-adjustable fountain devices (see below).5) You have full control of how high and how far the stream goes. You can reduce it down so if somebody turns the water on full it only squirts an arch into the sink and not beyond. Or you can adjust for tall/long stream. Stream is very adjustable by turning the sleeve where water comes out. Cool thing is if you reduce the stream all the way down the stream is always the same size no matter how much you turn on the water faucet.6) It comes with multiple inside threaded and outside threaded adapters to fit almost any faucet. They really put a lot of good thought and engineering into this product. Here are the products I bought and tried that did not work:1) "Dreamfarm Tapi Rubber Tap Squeeze Drinking Fountain": Did not fit any of my faucets in the house and shoots water back onto the faucet instead of straight up or towards you. Is NOT adjustable.2) "Jokari Whale Faucet Fountain": Would not stay on any faucets in my house. Hot water deformed it's plastic shape permanently.3) "FLIPPER Faucet Fountain": Would not stay on any faucet in my house. Plastic sleeve in opening is too slippery.4) "Sink Drink - Turns a Faucet Into a Fountain for Your Cat": This would not stay on any faucet.Believe it or not. I did buy and try all of the above products and Kwik Sip was definitely the best. I HIGHLY recommend you get this "Kwik Sip" fountain or another good one (that I'm not aware of) that screws into the faucet instead of slip on. None of the slip ons I tried slipped off and would not stay on.Hope this helps!Dan
