This arrived on time but without any batteries. It is impossible to use without the batteries.

My wife is disabled and we immediately had some issues with the control of this device. The steering is very imprecies and often threatens to run into people or objects. I tried to use it myself and had my armed pinned against a wall. Even when not moving the chair "surges" and pulses and dies not stay still. The final straw was when the chair surged forward and threw my wife to the ground and the motors kept running and rolled over her injuring her back and elbows. Four strangers tried to rush to her aid on the street. I contacted the seller and they dismissed it as "normal and compliant" and offered no solution. We purchased this for a long trip as I have a terminal illness and had it shipped ahead as the airlines required the specifications before approving allowing it on the plane. There were very few options available on Amazon and we selected what we thought were the best features. We spent the money and would not even donate it as consider it unsafe. We spend a lot of money every year on Amazon, and are now faced with trying to find an alternative product while we are traveling and trying ti work out the logistics of acquiring one wile on a long journey. Absolutely awful experience all around. DO not recommend at all.We have communicated with the seller many times and they still are not listening to the situation and providing inappropriate resolutions. We cannot take it to a repair shop and wait for a repair if we are in a different city every day. Amazon has also fallen down on their guarantee because we had to order the device prior to buying plane tickets to make sure the airline would accept it and had it shipped ahead on our trip. When we finally took possession and started using the device, they say it was beyond their guarantee window. We are getting ready to leave it on the side of the road somewhere because two disabled people carrying an unusable chair through Europe is simpoly assinine.
