Attention to detail? Nope. But, otherwise, this book as some good information.
While the book has great content and I've learned quite a bit, one cannot help but be distracted by the, too numerous to mention, errors that the text's editor should have found. There are almost entire paragraphs that are duplicated within the same chapter, duplicate sentences, and outright wrong statements being made. Chapter 1 is very entertaining but is definitely not what one should read if they are expecting to learn the basic inner-workings of the Internet and be able to speak with some authority on the topic. This chapter, like numerous other chapters, appears to be composed of numerous ideas and references that are connected together in a hodgepodge collection of ideas. From what I can tell, the author appears to have cut and pasted text from other documents that he has written and put them together in a sometimes haphazard fashion.Being new to the legal discipline, I certainly hope that law students do not have to read legal discourses written in this fashion as a matter of practice.Overall, I'd recommend the book if you are new to Internet Law, but I hope that the next edition is checked by an editor who is able to spend a little bit more attention to detail.

Had to read this book for a college course. It is very boring unless you really like computers.
