My new job requires me to stay up late into the night and I have been finding myself staying awake till 4-5 am, tossing and turning but unable to fall asleep. Bought this in the hope that it will lull me to sleep. While it's no magic sleeping pill, it did help me have a long, deep sleep. The quality of the leaves are pretty good and you can see the leaves and the flower buds through the tea bag which assures you that you get what you're paying for (considering the fact it's not very cheap). The taste is very refreshing and surprisingly mildly sweet, thanks to the stevia present in it. I don't take sugar in my tea but this tasted nice. Definitely ordering this again!

Didnt like The blending of lavender. The taste turns little bitter and the true chamomile essence is lost.May be a personal choice.

Delicious green tea with slight sweet hint, helps you sleep at night. Kudos to the company for donating 1% of there revenue towards education of unprivileged children.!
