DS213 is a "5-track, 4-wave line" digital storage oscilloscope for general-purpose electronic engineering task and it is based on ARM Cortex M3 core. DS213 uses FPGA to manage external ADC's control and data cache mode. It provides 4 application partitions for loading and upgrading up to 4 different application firmware. It also has built-in 8MB USB flash drive for storing waveforms and upgrading system firmware. too low resolution to use for text
very good price on unit, but the 800x600 resolution does not allow you to read the text during the boot sequence. For general images it is OK, but you cannot read text in the TERMINAL window most of the time. Better to move to the 1024 x 600 resolution units. tjcooper

Good display but view angle could be better
The display is sharp and colorful but the view angle is a bit limited. You start losing contrast at 10 degrees off-axis and by 30-40 you're done. For my application this was a bit limiting but if you're mostly viewing straight-on you'll love this display.
