Brilliant laptop. Perfect big screen, very fast and has a excellent battery.

Got this a while back , used it 3-4 times . When trying to use it again , it won’t start . The logo shows up and doesn’t move from there . It shouldn’t happen or me having to go to a repair shop . Slower than I expected when worked . I would not buy it again

I purchased this laptop for a few reasons; to browse the web, play Windows games with friends and watch Netflix/Disney. After a month of using the laptop every single day, I can honestly say that it runs perfectly without any issue. The streaming is perfect, games run flawlessly and browsing the web is rapid. I would highly recommend this laptop to anyone who is looking for a good priced laptop that runs great without issue.

Cheap laptop

The media could not be loaded. The standard set up procedure locks out at same point each time you try and run it.Takes the Microsoft account information fine then stops at a screen saying 'set up pin'No way to avoid this screen or to boot the lap top in safe mode.This product is faulty and does not work.

Product will not set up to work as querty keyboard despite trying 3 times just keeps cycling when I try to set a passwordBit of a shock really as I needed to start using it the day after it arrived very unhappy paid and basically got nothing

I originally bought this computer as I needed one to do basic browsing on the internet, emails, sorting bills etc. It is very light weight and looks amazing and feels great. However, I did return this product in the end as I didn't find it fast enough for what I needed it for in the end. If you need a laptop just to browse the internet etc this will be great however it isn't powerful enough to do anymore.

I've just started using it, and up to now I'm impressed. Good sized screen, battery lasts well, and is quite light (yet sturdy).Had a minor problem when it first arrived, but one quick email and the company helped me sort it out 👍👍. Just a word of advice.. when setting up the computer, do not immediately connect to the internet, it will prevent the problem a couple of users have experienced (with not being able to get past the 'enter password' page). All in all a great computer, definitely value for money
