It's easy to put on and has one little advantage when wondering which way round you put it on, it has a little red arrow saying 'up' - genius! Once that's settled, it's easy. If you've measured yourselves before purchase, it shouldn't move either up or down. If you're as slim as a rake, then you're lucky, if not, well there will always be a bit of a bulge, but nothing noticeable under your clothes. It does help with the pain, without doubt, but nothing is going to take it away for completely. It's worth the money and good quality.

UPDATE, (Since writing this review, the company have reached out to me, and they have been brilliant, understanding and its been resolved completely now) . I have had this a few weeks now.. it takes a while to get used to it and position it in the right place. For an older lady with a bit of a tummy, it's sometimes tricky. But after a while it does actually lessen the pain in my hips and keeps them supported and I wear it for the gym and work.. but have started to notice that a little bit of stitching is starting to come undone and the velcro main bit at the front is becoming not so secure and sometimes pops open, I have cleaned it, but it still happens.. so I just need to be more aware of this when in the gym.
