As a nutritionist I can say with certainty that these pots don't constitute 2 of your 5 per day, one 80g portion is 1 of your 5 and this whole pot inc. Noodles weighs 60g.The above said these taste ok and are convenient when busy.

I paid £10 for my last order I really liked them and thought they were a good meal replacement however before I have finished them I thought I had better order some more. I have diabetes and a lot of the Slmfast range is quite sugary so I was very pleased with these and the noodle pots. To my suprise the price has increased by 40 / from £10 to £14 so am now looking for meal replacement replacement
