I bought these after fat transfer from my thighs for breast reconstruction. I needed something that went below my knees for edema control and these are perfect, way better than my spanx that the surgeon recommended. Yes, they are teensy tiny when they come out of the box and I was worried that I would never get them on. It is a bit like a wrestling match, but if you’re patient and pull them up slowly, it’s completely worth it. Once they’re on, they are so comfortable. The crotch doesn’t ride down like on spanx - they stay put. The weave of the fabric and the level of compression make my legs feel like they are getting a massage. Highly recommend if you are post liposuction to thighs. I can’t speak to whether or not they are slimming since that is not what I got them for. I’m wearing them under snug pants right now and the fabric weave is not visible

These are not high waisted, and very light compression. I followed all sizing, wrong info! I am 5’ 4.5”, 167lb, 36” under boob, 34” waist, 41” hips (bubble butt), thickest part of high thigh 25”

I wear a US Size 4. The lowest size on their "Small" in the size chart, so I didn't think I needed to order up a size. I had a leg lift and butt lift and needed a compression garment. So. So. Tight. The fabric leaves a patterned imprint on my skin when I take it off to shower and it is tight around my stomach/waist and I had a tummy tuck previously so have a flat stomach. If you can tolerate insane tightness and are a Size 2 or 4... get the small... if you are a 6 or 8... Don't even bother. My plastic surgeon helped me get these on initially and was cracking up because they look like little toddler pants. I can't pull them up 100% of the way all the time so I have webbing between my legs and sometimes walk like a duck, lol. They are not sheer at all, so that's a positive... I can wear them as regular leggings. But man it feels good to take them off in the evening. Phew.

Takes some work to get them on but, but it does the job beautifully! I am 5'2", 125 lbs, and got a S/M. They stay put and do exactly as claimed, plus more. At 64 yrs old, I lost half my body weight, and for the first time in my life I am at an ideal size. This, unfortunately, left me very flabby. This product not only pulls me in place, makes me feel firm and lifts my butt, but it gives me great back support and provides a constant massage on my thighs and torso. I wear them under leggings and they cannot be detected. I don't know if I could have worn these when I was very overweight, but at my current size they are perfect. I won't go without them. Reasonably priced. I will buy several more.

I am a solid size 4/small (5’7” 135lbs) and needed this configuration for post lipo treatment. I ordered the small/medium and they are either sized too small or just made to be too tight. It was a real struggle to even get them on and even so, the crotch was hanging which is a terrible feeling. No amount of pulling corrected this. I am also quite small through the midsection with little to no fat however the top of these rolled down and created a huge and uncomfortable rubber band effect around my midsection. Just couldn’t wear them for so many reasons. I considered ordering the medium/large but the experience was so frustrating, I’m just going to look for actual Spanx. I will say the material feels soft which I liked :)

This has multiple areas to define your shape. They are super comfortable, but run a little small. Go up a size from what you normally wear. If you wear artificial nails, you may throw these across the room, plan on an extra few minutes getting them on.

I am 4' 11" and 105 lbs so this garment fits well. It IS tiny but the stretch and quality is amazing. Movement in it is so easy and non-restrictive. I needed something that covers my knees and this does the trick. My only complaint is that it isn't tight enough! But you can't really expect more compression from this material. This garment is good for maybe 1-2 months post-op or for days you know you might need to move around more. I wore this every day for a month and no rips and maybe some minimal overstretch from the daily use.

They are so small, I'm an xl-xxl, bought a 3xl-4xl. And they were so tight I ended up cutting them since I was using them as compression following surgery, what a complete waste of money. Horrible. Do not recommended... esp if you have some thighs and a bottom.

Desgraciadamente esta faja no es una buena luego de un procedimiento estético.El tipo de tela de la faja al no ser completamente liso deja hoyitos en una piel tratada con lipo o Bodytite.Definitivamente no la puedo usar.

When they arrived I thought "these look like they'd fit a baby". But they stretch and fit beautifully! If I could do the splits I know they would handle it, and they're really comfortable. I'm looking forward to dancing in them. They don't roll or constrict in weird places. They tuck in everything - I feel really confident wearing them under my new form fitting dress. As other reviews said, get the size as per your measurements.
